My full name is James Randall Miller, and I've just always gone by Randy. But for my very first job from 5-7am at WBIR (when I was 15), I thought I should use Jim Randall, because it sounded like some TV gunslinger tough guy. So, my first day on the air I was Jim Randall. My second day, I forgot I was Jim Randall and introduced myself as Randy Miller-ha! And that's what it's been ever since.
