In the mid 70's the Ktown AM radio band...left to right, featured WETE 620, WIVK 850, WNOX 990, WBIR 1240, WKGN 1340, and WROL 1490.
WETE 620 AM had a ton of great jocks run thru their control room...Ernie the Bartender, Scott Sams, Mike Beach, Jim Humphries, Joe Crotty, Steve Craig, Walker Johnson, Curtis Parham, Harry Robert Shaw, etc, etc!
