Back in late '76 WETE became WRJZ and a new on air staff arrived including JJ Scott, Tim Edwards and others. Leftovers (but not from the pantry) were Curtis Parham and Walker Johnson, the WETE AM and FM drive timers. Let's be honest...this was one of Ktown radio's most brilliant moves and pairings!
CP and Walker were birthed and they signed on WRJZ with their new morning show. They were an instant success and manned mornings on WRJZ for years. This dynamic duo also spent time together on WIVK-AM and on WMYU (U-102).
