Jim Dearman (news anchor/sidekick at WKGN, who I hired as PD in 1970). Great presence on the air, later shifted by Mooney Broadasting to its WMAK in Nashville.
Ted Ferguson, who did afternoons at WKGN, starting in 1970, then went on to Detroit.
Jefferson Kaye (Loren Owens) Morning star at WKGN in '70-71. I was smart enough to hire him twice; in to Knoxville and out of it, to Buffalo. Loren has been half of "Loren and Wally" on WROR in Boston for decades.
