If you have a diploma from the University of Tennessee's College of Communications then you likely crossed paths with Dr. Herb Howard at some point during your orange and white years.
Dr. Herb was one of my professors and since I was a DJ at WIVK during my UT years, we had some spirited radio conversations also.
101 has learned that Dr. Howard has been elected to the Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame.
