Wayne Bernard, from Rogersville, made a big splash at WKGN in the early 70's, first as afternoon DJ, then as the Program Director. Like many in the Mooney world, Wayne's talent took him to Nashville and sister station WMAK. Wayne Became Charlie Chase, and as they say, the rest is history.
