In December 1971 WROL morphed into W-149, and a radio legend was created.
W-149 was a free style AOR type station, simply put...something different! The original DJs were Johnny Pirkle, Eddie Beacon, Monte Morgan, Phil Rainey and Clayton Gish.
Fast forward to 1976 and the air patrol featured AD, Dave Elrod, Gary Adkins, Chris Grabenstein, Leslie Shelor, Steve Clark, Loose Bruce, and Jimbo~ but things were about to get "Q'd up"!
