George - This happened up the road a bit from Ktown, but I thought you might like to know that Maxine Humphries is being inducted into the Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame in May. I did an Associated Press story on her when she celebrated her 60th anniversary on the air at WGRV in Greeneville a few years ago. She has since retired - but not until some time after her children did. Maxine is a true East Tennessee radio gem.
