In late '76 Ktown saw WETE become WRJZ "The New 62", the CP and Walker morning team was formed and soon after John Boy Isley became the night DJ. The station definitely had a major market sound!
I worked there in '82 when the station had gone country...Steve Bridgewater was our PD with Eddie Beacon anchoring middays!
